Chow : I'm confused. Earnest money is part of the down payment. If you don't have that done in 3? days, the contract falls through. Sellers pay for survey. If you are getting a loan, Most of the costs were explained when you were approved. Did you also consider that you will likely have a mortgage payment? Property taxes? HO insurance? Where in Polk County are you moving to? One of the Lake Livingston subdivisions? Rural area? HOAs near the lake can be demanding as well.

UptownGirl : Claws out non stop just waiting to strike
Chow : Funny coming from you who jumps at any chance to dive in the middle of what you call a cat fight. Chow, it was just a joke! You need not be so touchy. Lighten up, girlfriend!
Chow : Funny coming from you who jumps at any chance to dive in the middle of what you call a cat fight. But I'll take a page from your book: Hey Chow, it was just a joke! You need not be so touchy. Lighten up, girlfriend!

Chow : Beware….you're poking the bear. Claws will come out.
Raindrop26 : And there's our little cheerleader Raindrop. How nice of you to stop by.
You sound afraid, but I assure you, there's nothing to be afraid of. Chow and I just poke at each other. It's all in good fun.
@SandyKnee :
You have a twisted idea of "fun". Your comments are always rude, snarky and sarcastic. Perhaps therapy for anger management is needed.

Raindrop26 : Well it's really between me and Chow. Not sure why you're trying to insert yourself into our banter. If it upsets you so much, just scroll on by. Chow is a big girl.
SandyKnee : Original comment was directed to Chow. Not sure why you inserted yourself other than provoke an argument. Take your own advice, ignore comment if it upsets you.
