TEXASGIRLMAMMA : That's an absolutely sick position. Do you realize the other countries that do this are Iran and Afganistan? The US should be better than them. Only a tiny number of nations carry out executions in public. According to human rights groups like Amnesty International, countries such as Iran and Afghanistan have occasionally conducted public executions, while North Korea and Saudi Arabia have historically held public or semi-public executions. However, these are generally witnessed in person by local crowds rather than broadcasted live online by the governments.
ExCTGuyInTX : I don't really care how other countries handle their executions. You and I will just have to disagree on this subject.

pickme2 : I read an article where Trump did not realize Hasan was in a wheelchair and once he knew started rethinking the whole live streaming idea.

rocket : I'm curious who managed to change his mind or if he saw and actually acknowledged it wasn't a popular plan. I think it would be easier for him to actually realize it after he remembered it was Hegseth's plan. I would say it may push Hegseth into a resignation situation but, if all the other horrible moves he's made so far haven't done it, I can't see this being the straw that broke the camel's back. You never know though.
