The DOJ has subpoenaed Omar's sister and they're talking to another family member of hers. I don't know if it's her husband/brother or not. But her age is also under scrutiny because she lied about her age. Her staff put her a year or two older than she is on immigration papers and on her congressional record. And they said that that's a big problem.

This is politically motivated, like everything with this corrupt administration. I arrived here in the 90s, as teenager, on my dad's visa and later got a green card and got naturalized. If mom and dad made an error on the paperwork, do I deserve to be kicked out 30 years later? I thought we didn't punish children for the parent's crimes (or errors) in this country.

Apparently Omar was 12 when she emigrated to the US. She was a minor.
How could she have falsified anything at that age?

sebastian2 : Apparently her staff was ordered to change her birthdate. This didn't happen when she was 12. There was some reason she did this or had them do it. Maybe it was to be elected to Congress I don't know. But we'll all know soon.
