Miriam mom of 5 in anti Talarico ads
Miriam Evans, is a Republican activist from the Dallas area. The false claims she spouts are from a not a thing to do with surgery or criminal penalties for anything bill. In case anybody cares.
She uses her last name everywhere but in that ad. I like to know who is that pontificating and criticizing publicly. Sometimes they lie.

It's unfortunate that people like her can't be sued for defamation of character for making these false claims.
If she's a Christian as she claims to be, then how does she live with herself when she lies like this?
Never been truth in advertising...only partial truth at best case and for politics, no truth.

Vote judges out because of bail has enriched some. The Texas Consttution not a judge's whimsy applies
This isn't really regarding the subject but about Christian and religion. I am getting into my older age phase in watching ID channel and all their murder shows on true stories, Toxic, Fatal Vows, Who the heck did I marry, etc. I have watched several this week and all have a common denominator of religion in their story. Why is that? Just curious 🤔 This is just my observation and not a dig.

There is an anti-Paxton ad from Lone Star rising. A lady named Alison spends her time in the 30
second ad lying about Paxton ("let a child sex offender off the hook." No, a jury did. And the victim refused to try again.) and making misleading statements.
Maybe turn to CNN right now. Talarico is holding a town hall and going face to face with constituents. Getting tough questions too. Nice to see

It didn't lie as much as oversimplify like many do on here. Not enough nuance anymore in the world. Where your statement is accurate is the jury. It was a hung jury so there is that. When it comes to Paxton's office letting him of the hook, he most certainly did. While a hung jury and the victim's refusal to re-testify forced a plea deal, Paxton's office heavily minimized the crime by initially offering the offender a one-day jail sentence with no sex offender registration. The offender only served 30 days because a judge intervened and rejected Paxton's original lenient deal. The statement by the Judge Roy Sparkman in court was "One day. Seriously? Somebody has to sell me on the wisdom of it,".
