You are imagining things. Nobody hs stated no illegal has received free health care. That would be nonsensical. Fraud does occur. Seeetie says the hospital her sister works at commits fraud repeatedly, even has a system in place to fraudulently receive payment for those services. That is illegal and everybody that participated or participates in the scheme should face the penalties the law prescribes. If you witness or suspect fraud, report it. It can be done anonymously.
