Scooter Rider Passes School Bus, Stop Sign Out, Flashing Lights ON!This is a partial capture of a post on a Woodlands Facebook group by the lady who was driving the school bus there ,this last week. a child riding one of those motorized scooters totally disregarded the pop out, stop sign and flashing red lights that tells ALL to stop, as children get off the bus to walk to their homes. There was a child passing in front of the school bus to go to the opposite side of the road cars were stopped, but a child came around the driver side of the bus illegally and almost hit the child who was crossing safely and legally, in front of the bus!! Thank goodness the bus driver said that out of her left peripheral vision, she saw the blur of the child on the scooter.!! Another case of an underage and under educated driver on a scooter!!
