So when is the best time to do an Alaskan cruise? I'm sure I have no clothes to wear in one either way. Lol. Would it be too cold in March?

KanKan : I hear there's an area on these cruise ships where you don't need clothes, you're good

Chow : Definitely not the answer I wanted to hear! Gross! lol

Only cruise I know of that allows 'alt clothing' is Virgin, which is adults only. They have a "Perch" deck that is sans tops...which is no fair, as men are topless All the time

LittleTexas : Cruising sounds like so much fun! I haven't been on one yet, but I'd love to someday.

Only a select few lines/ships can go into Glacier Bay, if that is of a high priority in Alaska.

I believe, only Princess and Holand America have the rights to Glacier Bay. Just returned from my first cruise to Alaska, but will return.

jv339 : Not paying for that and I trying to get him to take a break from it!

mrscook429: Aside from the fact that we had heavy fog for 3of the 7 days, it was all good. That's just what the weather does in that part of the world.. I'd do it all again. Nova Scotia is worth the gamble.
