Reason for swat team in Kingwood. On the news:

LemonEye : Right, I found him on the sex offender registry list and that is the address listed. The people regulating where he could live had to have known it was by the school. They show pictures of him from way back to 2011. He sure has a way of looking different in every picture.

His Disposition Date 03/04/2013. He must have done something else in order to cause the events of this morning.
Date of birth: 03/09/1988~ So, he was about 25 when he sexually assaulted a 15 year old girl. He was certainly old enough to know better.

A 38-year-old man was arrested following a SWAT standoff at a home adjacent to Bear Branch Elementary School in Kingwood Thursday morning.
The Harris County Sheriff's Office said the man was wanted by the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force on a felony warrant involving sex crimes.
The HCSO SWAT team assisted the task force in serving the warrant after the suspect refused to leave the home.
Bear Branch Elementary was placed on "Secure the Perimeter" status during the incident.
