Is anyone else is Sand Creek experiencing a Tachus internet issue this morning? I called Tachus tech support and the tech said part of their Kingwood network is currently down and they are working to resolve the problem. FYI

CaffeineFree : I literally just posted on another thread this: I had a problem for about 3 weeks straight where some mornings it would be down for about 10 minutes around 8 am. Annoying. Hope it comes back soon. He sooo heavily rely on our internet.

Cbear : Yes we do. I had actually get out of bed and flip the kitchen light switch on this morning because out Alexa wasn't connected.
CaffeineFree : Is this an ongoing problem with Tachus? Was looking for a new provider possibly.
UptownGirl : Tachus has been almost perfect for us in the 3 years we've had it. I think they are still a much better option than the alternatives available to us in KW.

Cbear : I don't think it does. This is the first outage in over a year.

CaffeineFree : When we first got Tachus it went down 3 or 4 times. The interesting thing we had Optimum for years and it never went down. I gave butler total grief for this. 🤦♀️. Now we are gone we are using Tachus again.
