I have a very good friend who went through a scary 3 years with breast cancer. When her hair fell out she got goofy/crazy wigs on purpose just because at that point she was happy to still be here. Everyone has their own story to tell. My whole back is entirely covered with autism tattoos with the trials and wins we have made over 29 years. It's her hair and I love her owning and uniqueness.

MissAmericanPie : I'm glad your amused. I said it because someone who uses that as their excuse for this behaviour tends to use it for other situations. She dresses the way she wants to dress. It doesn't instantly mean look at me and gawk or snap a picture. As said in this thread, she keeps to herself and isn't rude or anything that would paint her as an attention starved extrovert.
