Hundreds of new apartment complexes, that is a big exaggeration. If this did happen, I am pretty sure it has been reported numerous times. Sounds iffy at best.

Ruger5 : Yuck! Disgusting! I would make the property manager go out and look with her own eyes. And then go over her head with the management company of complex.
Ruger5 : I don't typically automatically believe these kinds of reports...too many people seeking attention on social media. If they were actually doing something lewd, she would have gotten a video of it...she's obviously upset about it and cares about it, and it would be the easiest way to to make that behavior stop if it's actually happening... Could be true...but my BS meter is on high alert.

Thus isnt KW proper, and if the police are there, management will eventually be involved. Who let's a 6 yo go to the pool alone?

Sad , but KW not unique , it's happening everywhere these days , our new world of " sin" and "ill repute " or what one might call the moral decay of society.
