Donnawisdom : It's not great. Just have to watch what and how it's prepared.
. . . . .I consider it nature's "colon cleanse".....As long as it's all over in a day or two, I'm good....And probably feeling much better than before....The "Colon" is a magnificent organ . . . .
EddyFree : People pay lots of money for a "colon cleanse" and most doctors and medical journals say the commercial ones are just a waste of time and money.
Any body else avoiding eating lettuce ? I've become mildly ill with gastro issues twice in the last two weeks and I bought packaged salads at Little K and Little Walmart.
billcherie2 : Im not bc i dont eat iceberg lettuce anyway. Of all the lettuces, its got almost no nutritional value. I love all the exotic ones they have now…red, butter etc
billcherie2 : I buy 2 packages of mixed salad 3x a week from HEB. It's supposed to be prewashed, so I never wash it before I eat it. Never a problem (so far).
