Missing Willis Man May Be in Kingwood or Atascocita Area The family of 65-year-old Steve Collier is asking for help locating him after he was last seen on July 29th in Willis. Steve has close ties to the Kingwood and Atascocita area, and his family believes he may be somewhere locally. They are especially concerned because he has reportedly been in poor health recently. Steve is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and approximately 190 pounds, with light brown balding hair, green eyes and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a white baseball hat, khaki shorts, a white shirt and blue-and-orange Brooks tennis shoes. He also has scabs on his right leg and left arm.
