This may be a similar report, or a re-telling of the first incident, as many of the details are exactly same , but still good to keep people aware, thank you. In Any case, carry some pepper spray, the kind that marks the perp with dye, when they are sprayed! And Use It!

Ruger would not lie about a guy by her car saying nasty stuff. No she would not.
