Data centers are loud. I can barely get sleep as it is due to the noise from businesses having their trash picked up at 2:30 A.M. and people playing loud bass.

Data Centers are so loud that it affects the animals near them! I'll take a distillery.

I tend to think the data center and the distillery might be mutually exclusive....but it might explain some of the weirdness abounding of late.

If we were actually able to choose, I would go with a distillery. I don't think the choice is ever really up to us, though.
