The Montgomery County police reporter website said he could have changed his clothes because according to them, there are a lot of clothes donation boxes in the area.

I worked at Memorial Hermann before and there was ALWAYS an officer with the inmate and we had many of them. Someone messed up here!

Superfantastik : Seems weird they would take him from the Liberty County jail to Kingwood. Maybe it's the closest.

How was he able to escape? He should have been in cuffs and monitored 24/7

buffaloglenn : It's because Kingwood is the closest trauma level hospital. I'm not sure how to explain it, but I've seen posts from folks North of us not having a nearby hospital to treat certain medical emergencies.

Not surprised they didn't take him to the hospital at Cleveland. That hospital has a cemetery next to it for a reason.

As 18 said, Kingwood is the leading hospital for trauma in the area. Same for anti-venom. Are we hanging this perp already?

Superfantastik : Crazy! I would be most concerned for those living upfront Kingwood!

eighteen : The Cleveland hospital is only a 24/7 ER. Anything serious is sent to KW or Northeast hospitals.

Most likely not in the Kingwood area. That would be my guess.

probably already contacted family/friends, and is with them, or has been helped by them. my guess is that they will find him in the next 48 hours.

My guess is that he is disguising his identity by now.
