Even if there was meth on his dash, that doesn't allow the police to execute him. Pretty straightforward.
LemonEye : Well of course it was on the dash, right in the middle, you know where everyone can see it clearly. Isn't that where you keep your meth? 
cbear : Being an illegal and having other illegals in the car would be reason enough but having meth is the big reason he weaponized his vehicle. With that kind of evidence he apparently would not ever get the father of the year award and neither would the other two that were with him.
