Theoldman : They make good money at the Post Office also, they hire anyone now days. Especially when a few of the bad ones slip in and start getting their buddies jobs there.

Was it mailed from and delivered from the KW PO? Thinking this could have happened at the PO it was mailed from or any time as it was making its way to the KW PO. From posts I've seen on various sites, this is a problem all over the country. Agree with above posts, don't send money, gift cards etc. I'm even reluctant to send a check now due to check washing.
sheltielover : If your concerned about check washing there are pens that can be purchased at any store. I believe they are the Uniball pens.
