Yes, it's really bad, just came from that area. Do not go north at all. You can't get off on the porter exit nor can you get off on the exit at Valley Ranch. It is backed up going all the way to New Caney. Stay South, y'all!

Upon observance, the kind that falls off the overpass on a full tank of gas. There is no guardrail damage in the picture that @ StormChaser posted.

Looks like they went over the 99 rail, maybe speed was involved. Or, driver passed out from extreme heat.🙏
