That area in the front of Kingwood is in desperate need of a grocery store. It may take modifying the center to accommodate more space however that would be the number one improvement that that area needs.

Getting Stein Mart back would be nice. Or having a Bed Bath and Beyond come back there would be nice

It would be next to Aldi's and down the road from Trader Joe's. I don't think a grocery store would do well there.How about some indoor activities for kids and teens? A bowling alley? Indoor playground? Arcade?

It sounds like having Steinmart come back would be welcome to the community. I wouldn't mind if an Academy opened up there, a shoe store like DSW, or another small department store.

Steinmart and a bookstore

Home Goods would do great there.

Back in the 1980's it was a grocery story. If I remember correctly it was a Minimax and then some other grocery store. Jamals was where the old Gold's gym was on Northpark.
