CaffeineFree : With the increase of wrecks I wonder if it is teenage drivers? They are not known for driving safely.
UptownGirl : Could be, but most people are on their phones driving around Kingwood as well. Either talking into it (no matter that they drive an $80,000 Lexus with all the electronic bells and whistles, anyone heard of hands-free?) or checking their social media feed.

CaffeineFree : I used to see it all the time in my commuting days. Many drivers on the way into or out of town watching videos on their phones, while driving. Many texting, facetiming, etc.
