Greentree pool tags… Have you gotten yours? Do we need to pick them up or are they mailed to us?

LittleTexas : Someone told me there was 1 day to pick up tags. I did not know date and was unavailable on that day. I will not be paying an extra ten dollar fee and I have to drive to the office if I wanted to receive one. Frustrating that I can't use a pool I pay for.
