You can have garage/yard sales any time you want in FC. No application or permit is needed. FC has a Property Owners Association and they don't prohibit them as many Homeowners Associations do in the Kingwood Villages.

Usually your HOA regulates garage sales. You don't need a permit but a lot of subdivisions only allow garage sales on a dedicated day when everyone does it on the same say.

minervapadilla : I also live in Forest Cove and no you don't need a permit. You don't need anything you just decide when you want to have a garage sale and you just have it.

I see, thank you so much for the information !! Back where I lived you needed a permit and only allowed on specific days.
