Anybody else get a HOA letter to clean their driveway ? Mine looks pretty good, just shaded a bit and no oil spots etc.
billcherie2 : I got an HOA letter in Sherwood trails on one of the rental houses that the walkway from the front door to the street needed to be cleaned. So I had just had a pressure wash six months before it wasn't really discolored, but I sent somebody out to do it again.
luannski : I got my driveway cracks filled and it was cheaper than replacing. I still had to spend around $4k but worth it since a new one would have been 3-4 times that.
Donnawisdom : I got the gringo price at first $23,000 Ended up paying $12,500 took them 3 days
Chow : Who did you use for ur driveway?
billcherie2 : We should send them pictures of THEIR office entrance and tell them to clean the windows and power wash the front walkway. It looks "unsightly". 😂

Kittle : CIA Services is HOA for SW Trails.
billcherie2 : I worked for THE CIA back in the day. They would have been much more strict than the CIA management company could ever be when it came to deed restrictions

oldarn : I have his number somewhere I'll find it. I think he was in a gang but he did good work
Chow : Thanks
