Don't hate the cops for doing their job. Hate the BS politicians for their dumb *** decisions. Pot should be free and grown by anyone who wants it. I see regulating for safety reasons if you sell it but other than that they should all bugger off.

I get more frustrated with the politicians because they vote for it. If that raid was about taking unsafe product off the shelf I am all for it. I don't know enough about it that is for sure.

If they were raided my suspicion is they were selling illegal items or substances.
I know several people that benefit from CBD etc. I think there's a place for it in society but it should be done legally.
One thing of concern is substances not regulated (black market and street stuff) can have who knows what mixed with it.
In western times and bootlegging days, some of the whiskey was toxic and could kill you. Remember paraquat in the 70's?I personally know of three individuals that were given "gummy CBD's" that had insane reactions to. One ended up in the hospital. 2 were paralyzed for a few hours. Couldn't walk, sit, stand etc. Had they not been with someone to care for them, it could have ended up badly.
I'm guessing when the gummy's were manufactured the ingredients were not blended well so some were extra potent and others not so much.
I don't have a dog in the fight since my career has always been subject to strict random testing.
I do respect people's rights to drink, smoke, gummy or whatever responsibly.
Work to change the law and move on.

Ruger5 : Indeed it's very sad.I think that people who truly care about Kingwood should have their voices heard and protest against all this chaos that is causing a once beautiful ,peaceful nature's gift place for people to make it a "livable forest" it is now crowded with ugly apartment buildings and degrading places of business that instead of raising the standards of this wonderful place it is making it unappealing to many.
And before many are saying it can't be done ,yes it can be., people have to be willing to put aside their comfort and go the extra mile to make it happen.
Places like Kingwood are very rare today, we should embrace and appreciate what we have before it is gone for good.
