Ruger5 : There are mentally ill people that are very intelligent and savvy though. I missed the posts that she has mental illness until tonight...and of course there are many different mental illness diagnoses.
Ruger5 : I am not saying she is, but if she is a danger to other people in the shelters, this may be her issue with getting into a shelter. Might need meds or something. I hope she seeks help, but has to be her choice.

eighteen : Actually Family Promise works with the help of host churches. They remain in the church at night for a week and are then moved to another church for the next week. They are provided dinner. The location in Humble is a day center where they go during the day. They help them with resumes and finding jobs.
They do have rules to follow and unfortunately some just don't want to follow the rules
