Yea i just dont get why people want me to lose all of my belongings because im homeless... like wouldn't that make my life harder? Then why want to use it as a weapon against me. Why would I throw away my technology because im homeless? It seems like they are bullying to me and they want my life to be harder.

Something comes across as odd about this. So being out in the cold is better than lacking privacy? Talk to hotels - one never knows what's available to them. People are offering help - maybe you can get a couple of nights somewhere.I understand mental health challenges as I have personally dealt with it. See if you can find a health clinic who can help you with meds or counseling.If you're in a bad place, find or take help offered to you. Best of luck.

There are a couple of places you can make camp. In these screenshots are places I ride my dirtbikes for fun by the river and in the woods. People are bringing rvs and tents to the River spot west of sorters. Northpark south is where the river spot is. Nowhere lounge bar. Right by the new cookie cutters. Just be careful. I drop off food, clothes, medicine , etc at these spots and have a youtube channel . I usually drop off 12 pack ramen noodles with my biz card on them at the encampment spots. At the valero on 59 /np there is a structure right by 59 hw service road where people live. These people hold the signs on 59 near there.

Sadieseekgod1st: you're correct about your question to me. I'm definitely very ignorant . I should have not be asking how you have a phone etc , it isn't my business and for that I'm sorry . Hope you find a way to forgive me . Like everyone else on here, I wish you the best .

I wish someday homeless shelters could be more accommodating for mental health issues like you needing to be alone and safe.
Please let someone here know if you need anything to survive this cold weather snap. Clothing, blankets, food, etc.

I know mental illness so well--it has affected most of my life.
If you want to help, put forth a positive message.
Otherwise...do nothing.

If you get social security mental disability payments, a van or small RV would be nice to at least lock your doors at night and get off the ground. Unfortunately this area has lots of sex offenders too, be safe out there. I did hear the palace inns are like $50 a night for a bed and shower for a night. I am sure they would work a deal just to fill a room. Several homeless live in a motel/hotel across from Walmart in Porter. I don't know what they charge. Probably more filled up in the colder months.
