LoveLife : Good luck with the staff. As we were at 59 and KWD we went by his office and scheduled an appointment. The one staff member there was sadly lacking on all counts. SMH

Kittle : My son uses Dr Pragnash Patel at Houston Regional Gastroenterology. He likes the doctor ok but agree with your issue with not answering the phone and leaving messages with no response. Son had appointment he needed to change last week. Called 3 times and left messages. They never called back yet.

Kittle : I love Dr Nunez and have also used him since Banker retired. But the new office is a mess. It's not always with people in house that you are dealing with. I had to actually go to his office twice before my colonoscopy so I could talk to someone. They even changed my time to be at the center but no one bothered to tell me. I would have loved the earlier time.
goldie : Three recommendations fot Dr. Le plus a 4.5 rating on Healthgrades is impressive. We will se Dr. Nunez next week then have a decision to make. Actually DH is reconsidering even now.

Not being able to speak even with staff for a couple of days while trying to get an appointment is not acceptable.
