Lost dog seen near 3200 this way st in north kingwood forest subdivision about 5 minutes ago. Didn't have a tag.

Pics aren't very good but he was running pretty fast.

I always wonder if a dog got out and went for a stroll and some crazed stranger chased it from his hood? Losing his scent home.
