My main concern is immigration:
get rid of aligator alcatraz/or make sure it is suitable.
Stop sending immigrants to Africa where they dont know anybody or the language.
Stop the harsh rhetoric: for the most part, they came here in search of a better life.
If you must punish, make the punishment commensurate with the crime.My thoughts.

Those are very compassionate thoughts. I do have a soft spot in my heart for people who sought to have a better life. It becomes more difficult to maintain that compassion when Step 1 is - violate the laws of the country you think can give you a better life. Just as Americans should expect to have their freedoms curtailed if they break the laws in foreign countries, shouldn't people from other countries expect the same when visiting and hoping to stay in this country?The key to maintaining a better life is to behave within the parameters of the host country. Am I wrong?
