Innocent until proven guilty is just something for "in the eyes of the law". It's also a commendable sentiment.I've witnessed crimes that juries did not convict on simply because witnesses (who were not there) came out of the woodwork to testify in favor of non-factual events. The legal process would rather have a few guilty people go free as an extra caution to reduce the chances of innocent being convicted. It happens more often than most people know, often due to procedural missteps by LE, but also because of lies, or people refusing to come forward. Look at OJ. Would a rational person say he murdered Nicole Brown Simpson?Michael Jackson? The guy's weird/creepy fondness for children didn't do him any favors. He was smart enough to know proper boundaries but his impulses wouldn't let him correct his behavior.There's enough information about the owner from Swamp Donkey to see the alleged behavior fits the lifestyle he embraced. I seriously doubt Billy Starks will have many people supporting him with his latest charge because his history is pretty damning. In my mind, he's a grade A piece of skat and has done nothing to earn anyone's respect. Quite the opposite. Just as you heard stories of underage people reporting inappropriate contact, so too have many others.This is why people should pay attention when sketchy characters approach.
