The police do remove the homeless, drug addict, etc. At Mills Branch, a woman who was drugged out was put in the police car. My father worked for a rehabilitation commission in another state. Most of these homeless people are addicts or have mental illness. As a woman, I would not approach a stranger on the ground because you do not know if they are violent. I am not comfortable having homeless people here. I have been approached and harassed by them and following me. So I am not comfortable with homeless people living here.
calliecat : As the wife of a current deputy sheriff, I promise you, police absolutely 100% do NOT remove the homeless unless they are committing a crime. "It's not a crime to be homeless." is a phrase we hear in our home almost daily. Same for "it's not a crime to be crazy." Sorry to burst your bubble.🤷ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸

Wow, I can't believe there are so many people on here that don't see the problem with this. Smh...And no I didn't want to go up to him because I'm with my 7 yr. old son. I didn't know if he would be dangerous (if he woke up) and I didn't want to expose my son to that. I did alert a business to call....I'm not a Karen...that is just stupid. I'm a concerned citizen. I also didn't know that I can't delete messages....
