@ZMAN : My grandfather was the worst tipper. Of course, he was part of the lost generation, was born to a jewish family in Russian in 1900, and grew up in Boston. Back in his day, tipping 5% was pretty standard, and only for a job well done.
I tend to view tipping as 15% for standard performance, 5-10% for low performance, and 25% or more for high performance. If the tipping band is too narrow, high performers are not truly rewarded,..."

"As was said, them making their own engine, makes it a hard buy for me. I always work on my own stuff, so parts are my main concern. Honda, Briggs, or Tecumseh, I know I can always find parts.
I do like the propane option though. Most issues people have with small engines is fuel sitting up. If you run propane, don't have to worry about that...."

Just doing a little showing off. I bought my t-molding unfinished and used two stain colors and two protective coats before putting it down between living room and breakfast area.
I'm pretty happy...."
