Why does Trump say things like this?

All that needs to happen for a federal magistrate to sign off on a search warrant is for the case agent to present probable cause that there MIGHT BE evidence of a crime at said location. If the judge agrees, based upon the document, they sign the warrant.As such, it does not mean such evidence WILL BE found. As for due process, she has not been arrested on any charges as of this date. She has not been indicted on anything as of this date. Further, a president should NEVER attempt to tip the scale one way or another. As the Justice Department is supposed to be independent of the Executive Branch. But clearly, with this administration, that is not the case.

It's hard to care, she's awful.

If Omar were ever indicted, statements like this would be judicial gold to her defense attorneys. They could argue that it was a malicious prosecution carried out at the behest of the president. As a result, they'd probably be a good possibility that case would be thrown out before it ever went to trial.

rocket : oh you mean like Biden when he became personally involved with Trump house and had them go raid it or are you talking about when they raided Navarro and drew guns on him at his house at 3 AM or are you talking about Steve Bannon when they went after him? There were others but that's just a few to name.

I don't believe Biden became personally involved in DOJ actions. On the outside chance he did, which again I don't believe, he certainly didn't voice it publicly on a frequent basis either in his campaign for the presidency or afterwards.

This is incredibly frustrating! Because of a search warrant that we cannot even see, a Democrat running for re-election is having to defend a slew of bizarre accusations.
She married her brother. She came here illegally. She must have gotten her wealth illegally. She must have something to do with the Minnesota fraud case.
This is just how it is going to be till Nov 3.

BS!!! HE ALSO ranted for on his Social Media this weekend about how horrible it was that he didnt win the Nobel Peace Prize!! Even though he started a war he can't get out of. He said he had ended 8 wars, so he should get 8 Prizes. Then he proceeded to run down the lady that did win it.
