I could stand to lose a few pounds

I ate a salad with grilled chicken yesterday from Whataburger when they brought in lunch for a meeting. It was fine and I'm not sick.

donnatella : What is scary is that it can be up to 2 weeks before you show ill with the cyclospora. Hopefully by now most places are not using the source mentioned for most causes of outbreak.

I'm careful about what I eat and right now everything is cooked! A couple weeks ago I was put on a new med and after 3 days, I had the "most common " side effect which basically prepared me for a colonoscopy in about 4 hours. Since I was not scheduled for a colonoscopy, I just went to bed and did the hydration/gatorade routine. Fortunately when I stopped that med, the side effect quit. I really feel for the people with cyclosprora cuz they can't stop a med like I did.

e : I ate a couple eggs from a batch matching the IDs recalled due to Salmonella...thankfully, no symptoms...

Turmeric is said to inhibit Cyclospora growth.

Drink some cucumber juice. Flushes the parasites out.

I think that might be the way to go. I would hate being that sick.
