#msg5959662cbear : Okay, That is just weird! LOL!
I blame it on Todd. He liked zingers, blue jeans, and turtles. My oldest went to school with him. He would bring him over anytime he encountered him on the greenbelt for a cold drink and snack. His parents were great people
I live in the unincorporated area of Harris County and the firework noise along with overly loud partying of houses close by went on until well past 3:30 am. I could not sleep due to as soon as I dosed off it sounded like explosions were happening very near my home. Eyes flew open and I wasn't even rested enough to do Sunday service. I had to worship by online. Not to mention my poor dog who was shaking. That was most upsetting to me. Fireworks are legal here but NO-ONE has any decency towards other persons regarding rest and sleep and just being able to relax. I heard about a shooting between neighbors who were setting off fireworks, happened around 1:30 AM, no wonder. I am sure the law enforcement is stretched to their limit BUT I sure wish a lot of the laws on the books would be enforced.
I think the people shooting fireworks on my block must have some sort of mafia connection. There is absolutely no evidence at all of anything illegal having happened on the 4th or 5th. Saw bright lights and heard loud noises while sitting on my porch, so pretty sure there was some nefarious activities taking place in front of my neighbor's homes involving them and some teenage children, but there is absolutely NO evidence on the street today.
