We are searching for a dynamic, professional sales representative to build our lead generation funnel. In this position, you will be accountable and responsible for building the sales pipeline and selling targeted programs to achieve our aggressive client acquisition and lead targets. This is a commission-based position.

The main objective is to generate leads to fill workshops/seminars and enrol into coaching programs, through cold calls and building relationships with small to medium sized businesses and referral partners in the Lake Houston territory.

Our ideal candidate is someone with demonstrated experience in B2B marketing and client/customer relationship management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills. Preference is a respected professional well-known in the local business community.

Sales and Lead Generation Responsibilities:

• Build territory pipeline with sales lead generation and pipeline development through cold calling, warm calling, marketing events, sponsorships and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the office team.
• Identify marketing leads.
• Set-up qualified sales meetings.
• Company and contacts research and database management.
• Complete lead records, activity and reporting in CRM system.
• Meet and/or exceed individual quota, responsible to stay targeted to metrics and strategies.
• Maintain internal communications with Sales & Marketing
• Develop a core set of Strategic Partnerships (minimum 6) across multiple industries and organizations
• Bring in a minimum of 5 scheduled strategy session (leads) to the office per week
• Deliver accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s actual performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Collaborate with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.


Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or relevant experience
• 2-5 year of business services sales experience
• Cold-calling and prospecting skills required
• Have relationships with strategic partners that will refer business clients
• Have relationships with business owners that are candidates for the firm’s services
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, website analytics
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation of group and online presentations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Proficiency in Ontraport CRM system is a plus, but not necessary as we will train
• Experience with Microsoft programs and email platforms is a plus
• Must possess reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must possess smartphone
• Must maintain a professional business appearance at all times
