This position is extremely fast paced and we are seeking a HIGH energy, very efficient Transaction Coordinator to support several agents on our team. Requirements include: excellent phone skills; proficient in all MS Office products; experienced using HAR, zip forms and docusign; multi-tasking is a daily necessity. LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT/ASSISTANT is a requirement unless you have prior experience as a transaction coordinator or in the real estate industry (lending or title).
