Full-time salary position in a beautiful, well equipped private preschool. ALL applicants must have experience managing a licensed center with at least 150 children, for 2-5 years. This center is privately owned and operated by hands-on owners that are in the school daily.
Pay depends on experience and degree, but we will provide a very competitive base salary plus bonuses based on enrollment and performance goals.
We are open 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Assistant Director must:
Must have ability to work flexible hours to cover the school and complete all responsibilities. You must have excellent attendance and have the willingness to open and close the school.
Provide a high level of customer service to all children and parents in the school. Maintain a professional appearance and presentation. Smile easily and set a positive tone for the entire business.
Clearly demonstrate the center's mission and vision to the staff, management team, and community.
Have excellent, articulate communication skills with an emphasis on proper grammar, spelling and intelligent communication style.
Must represent the school to the community, parents, visitors and staff with professionalism and integrity.
Must have very high work ethical standards with excellent job attendance and punctuality.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood studies or a related field.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. Must be able to run and get down on floor.
Must have ability to work flexible hours to cover the school and complete all responsibilities.
This is a salaried position, and it will sometimes be over 40 hours per week.
Must be able to open/close the school in turn with other team members.
Must be able to drive bus when applicable.
Must be able to maintain high parent satisfaction, student enrollment and staff retention.
Must ensure compliance with licensing and health department.
