The Customer Care Advocate must be detail oriented and able to communicate effectively with customers and company staff via telephone and in writing while being able to oversee all active estimates, jobs, contract bids and customer issues. This position is the primary contact for all customers to report issues, complaints, and request new services or estimates for service. The Customer Care Advocate 'owns' these requests from start to finish and ensures field personnel complete the work requested and notifies the client of any issues and work completion.
