I've interviewed several quality people, have seen many wonderful resume's - but I cannot seem to find the right mix, so I am re-posting, wondering if my dream girl (or guy - I don't care) is out there. Here is my perfect person; extremely knowledgeable of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suites. Poor - yes I said poor. Poor makes you hungry - hungry for knowledge and more inclined to repair stuff around your house, like knowing WHICH plunger to use to unstop your toilet - didn't know there is right and wrong plunger? Look at what you can learn here. I want someone who is not afraid to crawl under their kitchen sink to figure out what’s leaking or how the mechanical stuff works. I'm not asking you to fix the car (I make the plumbers do those estimates), but you need to be able to quickly talk the talk - and be right. We were voted Nextdoor.com’s Plumbers of the year in Kingwood, there is a reason why. We're not pretty, sometimes were just a "stopped up toilet" to deal with, but we give great customer service. So if you think you fit the bill - I would love a resume and a cover letter. Please, I do not need 20 pages, 1 page resume and a couple of paragraphs telling me about your mechanical accomplishments around your house. Use big words like wrench, hammer, baseball bat - feel free to be funny, we like funny. No phone calls though. Fax
