Assistant Manager - Kingwood Job

Assistant Manager needed to assist the property manager in effectively managing the community and all responsibilities associated with accomplishing community objectives as set forth by the property manager and property owners. In addition, the assistant manager is directly responsible for maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.

Skills Required:

Position prefers 2 years experience in residential property management and onesite experience a plus. Must be flexible with hours including some weekend as needed. This position requires excellent customer relation skills. Candidate must be organized, detail oriented and work well with others. Marketing a plus but not required.
