Help Wanted: Client Service Coordinator
Energetic Client Service:
-Client contact plan (general, specific client issues, cover/instruction letters)
-Maintain contact lists
-Phones/Hosting/Reception
-Client visits
-Assembly work product for printing, posting or email

Marketing:
-Website content
Write/edit articles
Continuously update, new posts
SEO - website optimization
-Write and coordinate print ads in various publications
-Internet marketing campaigns and accounts including
Google
Twitter
Facebook
Linked-in
-PowerPoint presentations
-Develop marketing & advertising campaigns

Document and Data Input/Verification:
-Coordination of incoming documents, disburse to staff, follow client service progress
-Data input, scanning & uploading
-Cross referencing & proofreading

Office Management and Organization:
-Maintaining network, software updates, security
-Prioritization of client work
-Monitor office responses to clients
-Coordinate calendars
-Couriers, mail & P.O. Box
-Office supplies and equipment

Research & Library:
-Maintain Professional Resources Library and Index
Education Materials
Client Support Documents
-Oil & Gas Industry
-Litigation Support
-Valuation Research
-Searches
Skills Required:
•Professional interpersonal skills
oDedicated to outstanding service
oThoroughness
oEnergetic
oSense of discretion
oGreat writer
oFlexibility
oDesire to learn
•College degree preferred
•Internet marketing and client service experience
•Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
•Research skills and documentation thereof
•Excellent communicator; superior written and spoken English skills
•Accounting/bookkeeping experience desirable
•Tax return preparation experience desirable
•QuickBooks experience desirable
Employment Type:
Employee - Part Time
Compensation:
•Compensation based on experience
•Part-time (30 hours) or full-time, hourly with some overtime, flexible
•Split week/day between work at office and work from home (need home computer and internet access)
