We are looking for an administrative assistant for a growing company. It is getting to be too much for two people to handle and we would like to bring on a third. We handle all the incoming paperwork for an up and coming business in the oil field.
Billing / invoicing, profiles, scheduling, making phone calls, balancing the books, filing / scanning / copying, writing checks, mailing paperwork, running errands.
We work out of a house so sometimes we have to do household things: picking up kids from school, pets to / from vet, feeding animals and letting them outside, working with the housekeepers and lawn service.
Requirements:
Must be able to multitask.
Must be efficient and organized.
Must be willing to come in early and stay late (not too often).
Must be able to stay on track when working alone and be able to take orders when working on a group project.
