Help Wanted: Commercial Landscape Production Manager
The Commercial Production Manager must be familiar with all aspects of company operations to include: customer service, production, estimation, scheduling, etc. The highly motivated individual must display the leadership capability to manage others on a daily basis while creating and maintaining a professional decorum and atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Crew Based:
• Responsible for scheduling multiple crews
• Ensures that scheduling is maintained and managed
• Conducts daily site visits on client accounts
• Identifies and document and/all discrepancies; ensures any/all discrepancies are 100% resolved
• Interfaces with crews on a daily basis to ensure that all client’s concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
• Provides written monthly report and files in customer file
• Ensures quality control measures are implemented across all crews.
• Perform hands on work with crews as needed to meet work and scheduling demands
Skills Required:
Skill set and education requirements:
• Minimum of eight years experience in the green industry
• Have a bachelor’s degree (preferably within the green industry) and a Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) certification
• A valid TX driver’s license and must be insurable on company’s insurance policy
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
• Proficient in both oral and written communications
• Proficient in MS Word (preferably also in MS Excel)
• Ability to learn green industry production software
• Proficient in typing and capable of typing 30 WMP with less than three mistakes
• Able to create an atmosphere of cooperation and professionalism
• Able to operate green industry equipment and apply to proper applications
