Part-Time Invoice Entry Clerk/CDL Driver - Kingwood Job

Kingwood Mulch & Stone is seeking a reliable, dependable individual for a part-time
position that combines local CDL deliveries with entering customer invoices on the
computer. We are looking for someone who is punctual, flexible, and willing assist
wherever needed based on daily business demands.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
CDL Driving
- Make local deliveries of mulch, soil, stone, and landscaping materials.
- Safely operate company commercial vehicles.
- Perform required vehicle inspections.
- Assist with deliveries as needed

Invoice Entry Duties
- Enter customer invoices on the computer.
- Ensure invoice information is entered accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid CDL appropriate for company vehicles.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Willingness to work a flexible business needs.

WORK SCHEDULE
- Must be able to report to work on time at 7:15 a.m. every scheduled workday.
- Part-time position with varying daily hours.
- Some workdays may end as early as noon, while others may require a full day.
- During our busy spring season, full-time days may be required.
- Must be flexible and willing to adjust working hours based on daily business
demands.

Important: This position requires someone who understands that while the job is
primarily part-time, consistent punctuality and flexibility are essential. The employee must be available to start at 7:15 a.m. and willing to work longer days when business demands increase.
