Job Title: Bubble Tea Barista
Location: 300 northpark dr.

Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team! As a Bubble Tea Barista, you will be responsible for making a variety of bubble tea providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about creating great experiences for our customers and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Take customer orders, handle payments, and keep accurate cash register transactions.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the shop, including the counter, drink preparation area, and seating area.
Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food and drink quality.
Assist in the creation of new drink specials or promotions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service, retail, or a similar customer service role is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes and instructions carefully.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge or interest in bubble tea is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
