Outdoor Living Designer - Kingwood Job

Jewel Pools & Outdoor Living is a growing design/build landscape and pool construction company located in Kingwood, TX.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Living Designer that can utilize their professional skills and abilities to work with our clients designing and selling custom pools, landscaping, hardscapes, patio covers, lighting, and more. We desire a candidate that can create lasting relationships with our clients for years to come. Key responsibilities include:

- Design and estimate outdoor living spaces including pools, landscaping, hardscapes, patio covers, artificial turf, landscape lighting, drainage, etc.

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process

- Utilize LMN software and Excel to manage estimates and track sales activities

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in outdoor living sales and design

- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- 2D/3D design experience using Structure Studios software

- Experience with LMN estimating software a plus

This is a full-time salary position. Base salary starting at $50,000/year PLUS competitive, performance-based commission with unlimited potential!
