Lake Houston area Rotarians meet on Wednesdays to learn more about the charitable needs in our community. Weekly guest speakers are usually representatives of local non-profits, the school district and occasionally elected officials.

Rotary provides financial support and sometimes volunteers to help local non-profits. Rotary also sponsors various international programs including the fight to eradicate polio, student exchanges, etc.

Rotary hosts fundraising events which include a Cinco de Mayo Golf Tournament, Corvette Raffle Contest and a Generation Park Block Party. Money raised is used to support student scholarships and non-profit organizations.
