 he City of Houston's Neighborhood Matching Grant Program. Representatives 
 from Kingwood non-profit organizations\, HOAs\, and Trail Associations are
  invited to learn about funding opportunities to support neighborhood impr
 ovement projects. The City will match up to $5\,000 for qualifying project
 s. Previous funding has supported safety improvements\, beautification eff
 orts\, and removal of invasive vegetation. This year\, applications are en
 couraged for additional median clearing and planting native trees and bush
 es. Residents are also invited to attend and learn how they can help impro
